Terms of Service for Vireo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Vireo (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Vireo provides food scanning and nutrition analysis tools for informational purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Subscriptions and Free Trial

Vireo offers auto-renewable subscription plans that may include a 3-day free trial.

• If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the trial period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. Billing and Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• We do not store or process your payment information.
• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
• We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Abuse or exploit subscription systems

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
